Thanks for having a Big Heart and taking responsibility for Orphaned Profiles. You will want to read this After Adopting Orphans as it explains the special attention adopted profiles will sometimes need from their profile managers. You may also want to go through the new member help on How to manage your Watchlist.

Hi Sherry, I am doing a major improvement to my gggrandfather, William Bartlett's profile (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Bartlett-12865). Can I remove the categories on the profile when I am done? There are other siblings that I will add as well.

Wanted to check first.

Hi Sherry,

Have you ever considered participating in one of WikiTree's Connect-A-Thons? It's a great opportunity to add new profiles, whether they are extended family members or someone who fits into of one of your projects. The next one will run from Friday, April 22nd to Monday, April 25th.

If you are interested in participating, you can sign up in the G2G forum registration post (https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1392037) and add another badge to your collection. I invite you to join the Mid-Atlantic Team since I notice you have roots in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. You are not limited to adding profiles for only this region, of course. Hope you'll consider joining the fun!

Thank you so much for your comment, Sherry, on the James H. Bartlett profile. I'm weak on the technical side of things, a little stronger on the written text. So it meant a lot to me that I got your approval. Learning to place photos among text has been a breakthrough for my profiles in general. Again, it was kind of you to leave your message. Pat Miller

Hello Sherry,

It has been a couple of weeks since we contacted you about your participation in the Coordinators Project and as we haven't heard from you, we are following up to make sure you wish to remain a member. We understand that interests shift as we grow our shared tree and that some members may have moved on to projects more pertinent to the branches they are currently building. If this is the case for you, please let us know. If we do not hear back from you within the week, we will assume you have moved on to other things for the moment and remove you from the project. Please know that you will always be welcome to rejoin should your interests shift back in this direction. Thank you so much for your participation; we genuinely appreciate it. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi

Wish you a Happy New Year. May 2018 bring you all you need to be happy.

Congratulation for adding your contributions in December. Whatever the quantity of your contributions, they all count. As we always say "Quality is better than quantity" to make a great family tree.

Thank you for being a Wikitreer,

Guy Constantineau - Wikitree leader

HI,

just a word (late) to congratulate you on the contributions you made during the month of November. Whatever the quantity, they are all important.

Your work is appreciated.

Thanks

Guy Constantineau

Hi Sherry! I've been a bit MIA lately, but wanted to drop you a message that I found out that my paternal grandmother, Marjorie Pitman was not a Pitman at all!! It turns out that her father was "adopted." I had so much fun with my Pitman research, but I'm going to be removing myself from a number of profiles I've created and adopted as it is not longer my "family." Let me know if you want/need to be added to any of these that I have managed.

Thank you Sherry.
Seeley-615 needs to have the marriage to Martha Benjamin (who never married) removed from the profile prior to a merge. We don't want Seelye-14 messed up one more, so it is best to wait until the manage of Seeley-615 agrees to the correction.
