Thanks for having a Big Heart and taking responsibility for Orphaned Profiles. You will want to read this After Adopting Orphans as it explains the special attention adopted profiles will sometimes need from their profile managers. You may also want to go through the new member help on How to manage your Watchlist.

Hi Sherry, I am doing a major improvement to my gggrandfather, William Bartlett's profile (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Bartlett-12865). Can I remove the categories on the profile when I am done? There are other siblings that I will add as well.

Wanted to check first.

Hi Sherry! I've been a bit MIA lately, but wanted to drop you a message that I found out that my paternal grandmother, Marjorie Pitman was not a Pitman at all!! It turns out that her father was "adopted." I had so much fun with my Pitman research, but I'm going to be removing myself from a number of profiles I've created and adopted as it is not longer my "family." Let me know if you want/need to be added to any of these that I have managed.

Seeley-615 needs to have the marriage to Martha Benjamin (who never married) removed from the profile prior to a merge. We don't want Seelye-14 messed up one more, so it is best to wait until the manage of Seeley-615 agrees to the correction.
