Ante nuptial contract
Her ante-nuptial contract with the Orphanmasters, for the marriage to van Ditmars, for the protection of the interests of her infant children, is of date 12-Nov, and binds her to pay to them their patrimonial estate of 1,000 guilders at their majority, and mortgages her land at Schenectady to secure the payment of the same. [9]
Her ante-nuptial contract, for the marriage to Claas, made 27-Feb-1690/1, agrees that on the death of both parties thereto, their property should go to her children. Van Boekhoven and wife made their wills 11-Jan-1698/9, and 7-Jan-1705, they added a codicil by which her youngest son Dirk, was to have his farm at Niskayuna, and on the 17-Jan this codicil was revoked; his will was proved 28-Oct-1707.[9]
Mrs. Bratt's home lot was the west quarter of the block bounded by Washington, State, Church and Union Sts., being abt. 200 ft. sq. In the confirmatory patent issued to her and her second husband, van Ditmars, 15-Jun-1668, it was described as: "A certain house and lot of ground at Schenectady now in occupation of said Barent Janse [van Ditmars] and Catelyn being in a square of 200 ft."[9]
Mrs. Bratt's allotments on the Great Flat are described in the patent of 2-Jun-1668, as "two certain parcels of land at Schenectady both marked No. 1: - the first lying to the west of Arent van Curler's, being enclosed with the kil and the creek to number two containing 27 acres or 13 morgens 487 rods; - the other being upon the hindmost piece of land, to the west of number two, lying in a bottom containing as it is enclosed by the river and the woodland about 22 acres or 11 morgens: - altogether 50 acres or 24 morgens, 487 rods, as granted by Governor Stuyvesant 16-Jun-1664, to said Catelyn Andriese [Bratt] widow aforesaid."[9]
After Arent's death, she settled in Schenectady in 1664 with six children.[10][9]
Named in Beckhoven's will are the six children of wife Cathalyntie, namely the children of Andries Bratt as Samuel Bratt, Affie wife of Claas Van Pelt, Ariantie wife of Ryer Schermerhorn, the children of Cornelius (=Cornelia) Bratt, formerly wife of Jan Pootman. He named his wife as exe and Ryer Janse Schermerhorn and Dirck Arent Bratt as overseers.[11]

I think she was married to Arent Andriessen Bradt BEFORE she was married to Claas Janse van Boekhoven. I read through source #14 (https://ia902704.us.archive.org/24/items/abstractswillso07kellgoog/abstractswillso07kellgoog.pdf) and on page 108-109 of the PDF (pgs 85-86 of the book), it has Claas Janse can Beckhoven's will. It says "I leave to Arent Andriese Bratt, son of Andres Bratt, deceased, son of my well beloved wife, Cathalyntje Andriese de Vass [de Vos], the sum of £5, which he is to have upon his grand mother's decease, and not before."
