Biography

Clairessa May Fern (Enniss) Mack was born 19 December 1981 in Phoenix, Maricopa, Arizona, the only child of Leonard Franklin Enniss Jr. and Sharon Diann (Stanfield) Enniss ^[1]. She graduated Paradise Valley High School in Phoenix, Maricopa, Arizona in May of 2000 ^[2] with an egregiously low GPA.^[3] She had potential, really, she did.^[4] She loved school. ^[5] It was just that all those classes got in the way of her social life.^[6][7]

In June of 2000 she relocated to Lakewood, Jefferson, Colorado with her parents. After one miserable month, she, being the drama queen she has always been, decided she couldn't bear living so far from her friends and the rest of her family, and so she moved back to Phoenix, Maricopa, Arizona. She lived there for approximately 9 months, and, after numerous poorly thought out life decisions, decided she could no longer tolerate life in the desert of the Valley of the Sun, and thus moved back to Lakewood, Jefferson, Colorado in March of 2001. ^[8]

On Friday, 21 February 2003, as fate would have it (and because God is merciful and was probably sick of her whining and sniveling),^[9] Clairessa met John Carlton Mack at a Young Adults Mass at Light of the World Catholic Church in Littleton, Jefferson, Colorado. ^[10] After a short period of pretending they didn't know the other existed (rather like middle schoolers),^[11] all the while asking mutual friends "Do you think he/she likes me?", ^[12]they went out on their first date, and have been together, through bad times and good, ever since. They were married on 3 November 2003, in Littleton, Jefferson, Colorado.^[13] They had their 1st child on 26 September 2004^[14]. Being crazy and not knowing what they were in for, and also because Clairessa's biological clock was ticking so loudly it kept her awake at night, they had their second child 18 months later, on 20 March 2006 ^[15]. They, being prolific and she, unable to accurately calculate simple, one digit numbers,^{[16] [17]} had their 3rd child on 13 April 2010 ^[18]. Together, they are blissfully (although, not at all without some challenges) are raising 3 delightful boys and loving every minute of it.

When all 3 children were in school, Clairessa decided it was time she went back to school as well (technical school, that is.) and graduated from the Nurse Aide Training program at The American Red Cross Hawaii Chapter,^[19], with honors ^[20] (see? I said I had potential!). She is currently working in Hospice and thoroughly enjoys the work she does. She is working toward her goal of becoming an R.N.
