Hi Sandra,

You may want to look at the WT category War of Regulation. A detailed article on the War and all original 12 Advertisements will appear on the Foundations website in July. The original petitions disappeared but we have found them. The Orange Co. Petition has signatures of over 400 Regulators. There were several Youngbloods - transcription at http://docsouth.unc.edu/csr/index.html/document/csr07-0289

Contrary to a popular WikiTree belief, Census and Residence are synonymous. The US Census is mandated in Article 1, Sec 2 of the Constitution, and determines based on population how many US Congressmen any geographical area will elect to the House of Representatives.
