博文 (林) 伊藤 is Notable.

He was born in Tsukari, Yamaguchi, Japan, as Hayashi Risuke (林利助).

He became Japan's first prime minister in 1885, and was the fourth longest-serving PM in Japanese history, holding the office 4 times. He was also the first and longest-serving Resident-General of Korea, holding the office for over three years.

He was assassinated by An Jung-geun in Manchuria on 26 October 1909.
