文麿 近衞 is Notable.
Konoe Fumimaro was a Japanese politician. He served as the prime minister of Japan from 1937 to 1939 and again from 1940 to 1941. He was also the founder and leader of the Imperial Rule Assistance Association from 1940 to 1941.
