明 鳥山 is Notable.
Toriyama Akira was born in Nagoya-shi, Aichi-ken on 5 April 1955. He was a mangaka and character designer, known for his work on the manga series Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball as well as the Dragon Quest series and Chrono Trigger video games. He died on 1 March 2024.
