Jaggers-76 and Jagger-43 appear to represent the same person because: The source in Jagger-43 makes it clear that the surname is Jagger, not Jaggers. Her father, Jeremiah Jagger is well-documented. Further, Jagger-43 is the only birth showing in Stamford town records in or near to 1657. No other Elizabeth Jagger or Jaggers is found.
