Biography
Arthur was born about 1901-1902 in Massachusetts or Rhode Island. He is the son of Jean Girouard and Amanda Langevin. [1] He died in 1964 and is buried in Calvary Cemetery in Brockton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts with his parents and brother.[2]
