Annie Millicent Halkyard (married name Mooney) was born in 1894 in North Carlton, Victoria, Australia, daughter of Annie Amelia (Rice) Halkyard and Albert Edward Halkyard.^[1]

She married John Francis Mooney in 1952 in Victoria.^[2] Their children were:

• Wilma Vera Mooney (1913–?)
• Albert Melvyn Mooney (1916–?)
• John Vernon Mooney (1923–?)
• Valda Mooney
• Ralph Mooney
• Graeme Mooney
• Nola Mooney

John died in December 1953.^[3]
