Biography
Louis was born about 1855 in Canada. He was the son of John and Catharine Benoit. On 13 April 1874, the 24 year old Louis married 16 year old Juliette (Plude) Benoit (abt.1858-abt.1931) in Sutton, Massachusetts.[1]
In 1880, the family is living in Oxford, Massachusetts.[2]
