Removed Ancestry as a source because it had no more information that presented here. Looks more likely that Mary Ann married a Nicholson and died young.

No marriage of Mary Ann and a Mr McBeath or McBeth.

Iris was in Lot 62.

There was a Jonathan McBeth in Lot 61 in 1901, age 33. Jonathan was a bachelor when he married in 1898.

And a Rodrick McBeth in Lot 62, age 39.

Mary Ann McLauchlin married Alexander Nicholson in 1885.
