NI12702He settled before 1790 in the Town of Easton on the Hudson Riverfourmilessouthof Schuylerville. Before 1800 he moved to Danby Four Corners, Vermont, where his uncles, John and Thomas Harrington, younger brothers of his father, William,had settled and become leading citizens and large landowners. The four daughters of the family married and remained in Danby. Three of them and their mother, Sarah, are buried in the Reed Cemetery, south of the Corners. Peleg, theoldest son, returned to his father's farm in Easton. John, the father, died whileon a visit to Peleg and is buried in the Family Cemetery in Easton.
