Biography

Research notes

There is a family, of a Thomas Leyte born ca 1818, married to a Mary Randell, living in Fogo. Her maiden name seems supported by the name of her daughter Susanna Mary Randell Leyte.

Some trees have her the daughter of James Randell and Sarah Green,[1] but it's not clear what sources support this. There was a James Randell, planter, living in Fogo in 1836, married to a Sarah.[2]

Leyte-37 and Randell-194 appear to represent the same person because: Everything is duplicated, and Leyte is her married name
