Biography
Pietertje Jansz Jonker was a daughter of Jan Jansz "van Rotterdam," born in Schenectady, New York, probably around 1680.
Pietertje Jansz Jonker, a native and resident of Schenectady, New York, married "Manasse Saksby" (Sixberry) on 15 March 1699. He was born in London, England, and was living in Schenectady. Their marriage was recorded in the Reformed Dutch Church of Albany, New York. On that same day, Feitje Jansz Jonker of Schenectady, the sister of Feitje, married Benjamin La Noy, who was born in Picardie, France, and living in Schenectady. It was the first marriage for all four of them. [1]
