John was born in 1904. He was the son of Johannes From and Emma Kielau.^[1] He lived with his parents and siblings in Muskoka, Ontario in 1911.^[2]

John emigrated to the United States on 18 Apr 1923.^[3]

John passed away in 1982.^[4]
