Biography
Margaret married James Laing on 27 June 1859 in Ottawa, Canada[1]
The official marriage took place much later than the acceptance of the union. Margaret is the sister of Mary, James's second wife ... they were both servants in the household in Scotland under James's first wife Janet[2]
