Biography
Stephen was a Friend (Quaker)
Stephen was born 17d 12m 1745 [17 Feb 1746].[1]
On 20d 12m 1775 [20 Dec 1775], he was reported married to Elizabeth Palmer, daughter of Nathaniel and Susannah Palmer.[2]
They were granted a certificate to the Saratoga monthly meeting from the Oblong monthly meeting on 17d 3m 1794 [17 Mar 1794].[3] They were accompanied by their children John, Marmaduke, Stephen, Abigail, Hannah, and Cloe.[3]
