Born in Perú, South America on 11/27/1950, my mother Sofija had a child Milorad Brankovic in Serbia with her husband Milan Branković but she was captured and was in one concentration camp (I do not remember the name but it was a death camp) she escaped but then she ended up in Fermo, Italy DP camp, she was a desplaced person after WW2 and traveled in the General Black ship to Peru. She was told that ger husband had died in a camp by someone who knew Milan. My father was Domingo Gonzales Romero of German and Peruvian ancestors, he lied to my mother that he was italian, not sure they were married or not but he left my mother before I could walk . Visited my Branković family in 1967. My mother, step-father Luis Olarte and I were only granted a one month visitor's visa, we had hoped to stay, we cried! I Immigrated alone to U.S.A on 12/6/1067, arrived in Miami 12/7/1967 but lived in Virginia until 1970. Married in 1969 and divorced Charles Lawrence (Larry) in 1996. I have two children Nicole Garretson and Nathan Garretson. I was nationalized American in 1982?. Legally changed my name to Violeta Radmila Kosevic in 2000?. I am not good with numbers, haha! I have lived in many american states but I think I will stay in North Carolina, I am getting old!
