Biography

Jean Ayotte [1] was born in 1782 in St Basile, Madawaska, New Brunswick. His parents were Charlemagne Ayotte[1] and Catherine Paradis[1].

He married Marie Théotiste Chasse[1] on January 12, 1824[1] in St Basile, NB[1] Together they had at least 5 children:

  1. Jean-Baptiste Ayotte, who died as a child [2]
  2. Joseph Ayotte [3]
  3. Peter Ayotte
  4. Theodore Ayotte
  5. Angelique Ayotte[4]

He died in 1854 in Canada
