Arthur was born in 1682. His father was William Collins Esq., gentleman usher to Queen Catharine in 1696. his mother was Elizabeth Blythe, daughter of Thomas Blythe Esq., daughter of John Horwood Esq. of Okely, Southampton[1][2]
He married in 1708[1]. Unconfirmed - wife's name was Elizabeth Tooker
Around 1712 he worked in a bookshop in Fleet Street, London[2]
Author of The Peerage of England; Containing a Genealogical and Historical account of all the peers of that Kingdom.
Arthur had several children. The only one that survived him was Major General Arthur Tocker Collins Esq. who died 4 Jan 1793 , commandant of the Plymouth marines[1], whose son David Collins was a historian and author.

1715 - son Arthur Tooker Collins christened 01 Dec 1715 in St. Dunstan In The West, London, England[4]
He passed away in 1760, aged 78, and was buried in the church of Battersea, Surrey[1]
