Dorothy Jane Grant was born in 1907 in Queensland, Australia. She was the younger daughter and fourth of five children of William Grant and Evaline Woolcott.[1]
She married Joseph Francis Phibb Milligan in 1943 in Brisbane, Queensland.[2]
