Research Notes

Need to find his paperwork for WW1, where he was, etc. Who he was with Canada or Britain, as many of the CEF were merged into British units.

Frederick "Owen Glynne" Jones is named after his uncle Owen Glynne Jones the famous rock climber who died on Dent Blanche, Switzerland in 1899.

The 1891 Census was begun on April 6, 1891 (he was 8/12 of a year old). On Frederick's WW1 Attestion papers his birth date is July 26, 1891 (he shouldn't have been born yet).

not sure who put the Quebec city, Quebec category on here, but there is no evidence linking him to that location. Should be Montréal, Québec category rather, from what I see on here.
