Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s very important to read and understand the Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.
Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.

P.S. To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.
Leuk dat je zoveel Nederlanse profielen aanmaakt. Mogelijk heb je interesse om deel te worden van de Dutch Roots groep hier op WikITree. We helpen elkaar veel met bijvoorbeeld het vinden van bronnen.
Voor Nederland zijn er enorm veel primaire bronnen online en gratis te vinden. Daarom vinden we het ook erg belangrijk om complete referenties te maken voor de profielen. Op deze archieven overzichtspagina staan de belangrijkste. Zelf gebruik ik dan genealogietools.nl om gratis de document links voor wiewaswie en openarch te formatteren tot een simpele inline referentie die je op de profielen kunt gebruiken.
Het alleen noemen van een archief of repository is niet hetzelfde als citeren. Alle informatie die nodig is om een document daadwerkelijk te vinden moet vermeld zijn.
Schroom niet om vragen te stellen. Dat kan bij ons/mij of bij je greeters (zie de gearchiveerde berichten).

Het bovenstaande begrijp ik niet helemaal. Hoe kan ik het beste de bronnen vermelden? Ik moet er een heleboel weer zoeken, aangezien ik de aktes heb gedownload en de link niet heb bewaard.

Je moet voor elke bron alle gegevens vermelden die het mogelijk maken om het document makkelijk te vinden. Dat verschilt dus per bron. Voor de Nederlandse primarie bronnen, die in principe allemaal online te vinden zijn, kun je de citatie kopieren, maar vaak is die er ook niet of bevat die niet de link naar de scan.
Daarom is het handig om met de link een citatie aan te maken. Die bevat dan een minimale set aan gegevens en zoveel mogelijk links naar de scans.
Een bron vermelding zoals "Birth Certificate " zegt eigenlijk niks, omdat dan het document nog steeds geheel opgezocht moet worden.
De regels staan uitgelegd op https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Nl:Bronnen. De vorm is wel vrij; je ziet dat iedereen een eigen voorkeur heeft.
