Anthony was a son of Jan Janszen Wanshaer and Baertie Hendricks Kip, baptized in the Reformed Dutch Church of New Amsterdam on 4 July 1657.[1]
He married Maritie Herberts on 8 January 1682. The marriage of Anthonius Wansaar and Maretje Herberts was recorded in the Reformed Dutch Church of Flatbush.[2]
LNAB is Wansaar, the last name on his marriage record, which is the first identified record that gives him a last name of his own. - Smith-62120 17:40, 30 August 2019 (UTC)
