There are two other WikiTree profiles which suggest this person's father is a conflation of two different men, father and son. See John Hugh Churchman (1569-aft.1600) and Hugh Churchman (1593-1644). If so, the correct LNAB on this profile is "Churchman", and it is a duplicate of Hannah Annis (Churchman) Witter (1616-1659).
