Now that I've actually tried to add you, it looks like the request needs to come from your end.

On the right column, under the Collaboration header, you'll see a link that says "Request to join the Trusted List." Once you do that, I can add you as a profile manager.

Sorry, I've always been on the other end, so I wasn't sure how to do it until I tried!
