Biography

Margarita Cundò was baptized at Lipari, Provincia di Messina, Kingdom of Sicily, 31 January 1691, daughter of Mariano Cundò and Angela Mannarano; her sponsor was Antonino Ristuccia di Giuseppe.[1] She died at Lipari, after 20 August 1754.[2]

Margarita Cundò, daughter of Mariano Cundò and Angela Mannarano, married, first, at Lipari, 2 November 1709, by Reverendo Don Domenico Lopes and Reverendo Don Francesco Canali, Giuseppe Caserta, son of Bartolomeo Caserta and Giovanna Conti. The witnesses were Don Giovanni Conti and Subdiacono Don Giuseppe Conti.[3]

Margarita Cundò, daughter of Mariano Cundò and Angela Mannarano qm Tullio, married at Lipari, 19 March 1714, by Reverendo Don Giuseppe Sciacchiatano, Angelo LoCandro, son of Salvatore Locandro and Francesca S. Filippo. The witnesses were Reverendo Don Giovanni Picone and Bartolomeo Vitagliano.[4]

Angelo Giovanni LoCantro was born at Lipari, 24 September 1690, and was baptized at Lipari, 29 7bre (September) 1690, son of Salvatore LoCantro and Francesca Sanfilippo; his sponsor was Francesco Morabito.[5] He died at Lipari, after 20 August 1754.[6]

  5. Giovanni LoCantro, b. 21 March 1724, bap. Lipari, 1 April 1724; sponsor in catechismo was Giovanni Benenati di Vincenzo and in baptism was Antonino Russo di Paolo. Giovanni LoCantro, son of Angelo LoCantro and Margarita Cundò, m. Lipari, 1 April 1750, by Reverendo Don Francesco Canali, Maria Tollaro, dau. of Giuseppe Tollaro and Anna Maria diMasi. The witnesses were Giuseppe Fileti and Maestro Giovanni Baruni.
  6. Giuseppa Maria LoCantro, b. 19 April 1727, bap. Lipari, 24 April 1727; sponsor was Francesco Arcondia. Giuseppa LoCantro, dau. of Angelo Locantro and Margarita Cundò, m. Lipari, 20 Aug. 1754, by Reverendo Don Francesco Canali, Antonino Liardo, son of Tommaso Liardo and Caterina Barbari. The witnesses were Giuseppe Cafarella and Giuseppe Mannarano.
  7. Giuseppe LoCantro, b. Amico, Salina, 17 Feb. 1731; bap. Lipari, 17 April 1731; m. Angela Maria di Simone.
