Dave, hope all is well. If you have no objections, I will be adding a husband and a daughter to your profile for Rebecca Elizabeth Grady, Grady-995. You have a good rest of the day.

Thanks Rodney, no objections, you too!

Thank you Dave! I have not yet found a family connection to the Eck and Fuhrman/Foreman families I'm working on (Westminster, Frederick, Maryland) but they seem to be very chummy. I just put up a land agreement between many of the landowners in the Westminster area from 1792 (see https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Landowners_agreement_Frederick_Maryland_1792 ) - which I also compared to the 1790 census and started to compare with the Pipe Creek Kreider's records. Included: Jacob Egg, Jacob Foreman, and George Foglesong among others. I have also wondered whether these families met in Westminster or if they had been allied before. Anyway it seemed worth putting them in and seeing if anybody responds. I was just feeling sad earlier today that the surname message boards of yore are all boarded up. All the best, Jane

Hi,

The Global Cemeteries Project is currently undergoing our member check-in and wanted to verify that you are still active and interested in being a member of the project. Are you currently assigned to or working with one of our Cemetery Teams? If not, is there a particular Team or area you are interested in participating with? I would be delighted to help you get setup in one or more of our collaborative teams!

We use Google Groups for internal project collaboration, so if you are not yet setup for access feel free to submit a join request and we will get that approved as quick as possible. We also ask that members check their follwed tags to make sure you are following the correct project tag (CEMETERIES) so you don't miss any disucssions in G2G.

Last, but not least, we would like to thank you for all of your contributions to WikiTree and let you konw that any ideas or suggestions for improvement you may have for the Global Cemeteries Project would greatly appreciated!

I look forward to hearing form you soon!

Hi Dave,

On behalf of the Connectors Project Leaders, we are doing a six-month check-in with members. Please let us know if you are still active. If you are active, please let us know in which ways you are currently contributing to the project.

All of us at WikiTree would like to thank you for your contributions and hope that you are enjoying exploring your roots.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Michelle ~ Volunteer Coordinator

Hi Dave,

We’ve made some exciting changes to the Global Cemeteries Project. The sub-projects have been merged into the Global Project to help with Leadership and to facilitate collaboration.

Some roles within the project have changed. From now on, there are Project Coordinators for each continent, and one for Welcome and Integration, plus Team Leaders for each individual Country etc.

Please let me know if you’d like to stay on in the new project, if you’d like to continue in an existing role, and which team(s) you’d like to be on. Please also give me your e-mail address so that I can get you added to the project’s Google Group.

Many thanks,

Susie

Hi David, I found a number of duplicate profiles. You may want to do a "wikitree Matches" from the Find menu above and review your potential watchlist duplicates.

My grandmother Lewis-16242 was added by you - thank you.

I would like to assume responsibility for her profile, but I am receiving an error message. Naomi Bumgarner is not an active user, "No recipients found for Invitation to Person page." How can I become manager of her profile?

Thanks!

David....THANK YOU so much for all of your work on merges, I know how frustrated you were.......

My deepest apologies to all. I honestly don't understand how this is happening. The Gedcom import instructions I attempted to follow are apparently not working the way I understood them to work and it is extremely frustrating to me, so much so that I abandoned the Gedcom and quit attempting to merge or add any more names. You have my promise that I'll never import a Gedcom again! I'm so sorry,

- Dave

David, Please spend more time when creating profiles, you continue to create obvious duplicate profiles.

David, Please make sure you are editing profiles to Wikitree standards during or after your GEDCOMpare edits. Many of the profiles in the Washington family lineage need a lot of work to correct all the unformatted data you have added.
