Hello Allen, hope all is well. Look at Isaac Long's profile Long-4308. If you notice his parents are John Long and Frances Miller. If you click on John's name in that profile, he comes up with 2 other wives. Frances Miller was not married to this John Long. Do you have any objections to me disconnecting her from this profile?
posted by Rodney Long
I have no objection to disconnecting Frances Miller from the Long profile. I don't even know how the connection was made in the first place, but it wasn't based on any information in my possession.

NOTE: the picture of David Lindley 1771-1854 that is attached to profile Lindley-534 belongs to David Lindley 1799-1877, Lindley-527. This picture is seen in Ancestry trees associated with David Lindley 1799-1877, (Wikitree profile # Lindley-527).

Sorry for the long delay in responding to your note on the incorrect assignment of the photograph of David Lindley. I have not had much time on Wikitree the past couple years. I have now reassigned the photograph to the correct David Lindley. Thanks for noticing this error.

Hi Allen, Because of some new functionality that does default approval of merges over 30 days old, it looks like you may have some outstanding merges that can be completed. You can find them by following the link at the top of this page under >Find> Pending merges> Merges awaiting my approval. Thanks for helping with Wikitree! And you may have found a long lost relative.

I support the mission to build a worldwide family tree and would be happy to collaborate in the effort to do so. I do get busy on occaions and I sometimes travel for extended periods, so I may not always be immediately available.
