Hello! My name is Michael Hruska. I was born in Ohio on November 28, 1993. I am currently a Psychology major in my junior year and am looking to become a Child and Family Psychologist someday.
As could be gathered from my active involvement on this wonderful site, I have other interests besides psychology. These include genealogy, language learning, doing anything musical and volunteering. I will detail some of the highlights of these interests below:
Some of my highlights/brickwalls in research from my main ancestral lines:
my Kopp ancestors have been great! ;) Here is my explanation on them: [1]. Enjoy!
The Bryan/Bernard/Bridget (McGinty) May debacle. That has been a fun and hard struggle to figure out and has not yet been fruitful in their premarriage records. For a sample of my struggles please feel free to read this link: [2]
I am working on connecting my Trizzino ancestors to the noble Trissino line that is most commonly linked to Giangiorgio Trissino dal Vello d'Oro. My G2G question on him: [3] and the one explaining his ancestry: [4].
Ups and downs of lifelong musicianship:
Important milestones in my quest to master all of my ancestral languages plus Spanish!
Starting on March 17, 2015 I will spend a whole semester studying at la Universidad del Azuay [5] where I will live off campus with a host family!

It’s time for our annual Ireland Project check-in! Please respond within the next two weeks to let me know:
Please respond to this message by posting a reply below or sending me a private message on WikiTree. If we don’t hear from you within two weeks, we will assume you are no longer interested in participating in the Ireland Project, and your badge will be removed. If you wish to reapply for membership later, we will be happy to have you back. Many thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you!
Sincerely, Jen Hutton, on behalf of the Ireland Project
As one of the co-leaders of the European Aristocrats project, I'm messaging to inform you that we are removing the "House Assignments" from our project structure. You are absolutely still welcome to work on the profiles from the families that you chose, we are simply removing the official House Assignments as, for the most part, people choose to work on whichever profiles interest them. We're glad to have you in the project and we hope that you continue to work with us!
Regards, Amy Utting
The Ireland Project (previously the Irish Roots Project) has now changed its structure into Teams. We require everyone with the Ireland Badge to be a member of at least one Team or Sub-Team and our google group. See https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Ireland for details. The Teams are :-
? Can you let me know if youd like to stay on in the new project and which team(s) youd like to join. Please also let me know your e-mail address so that I can get you added to the projects Google Group or confirm you are already a member of the google group.
Many thanks,
Maria
For profiles where we just want to indicate they were of the European aristocracy we add a sticker instead.
I've gone in and changed many templates to stickers on some of your profiles, if you have any questions or you think some of the profiles you manage do need to be managed by the project please contact me. Thank you.
I'm Amy, and I've recently become a co-Leader of the European Aristocrats project. I am currently re-organising the House Assignments (including assigning a Free-Space Page rather than a category page), and I wanted to know whether you wish to continue as a house manager for the Trissino, Trislaig, and Bevilacqua houses. I've previously sent a PM, however it must have gotten lost en route to you :) Happy WikiTreeing!
Regards, Amy Utting

Thanks for your e-mail. Nice to hear from you. I'm doing well thanks! Going to school full time so I don't have much spare time. I don't have all the Leo Boca books but I'll check what I do have. Do you have an approximate time period for immigration?
