How's everything going? You might be finding duplicate profiles now. We have a Help Page to help you learn what to do with them. Be sure to check for your pending merges by going to FIND, PENDING MERGES, and sort for those waiting on you. Upon completing a merge, be sure to clean up/edit the Biography as ALL information from both profiles are copied and remove any duplicate info.

If you want updates on surnames you can add them by going to MY WIKITREE, NAV HOME PAGE, scroll down to just below WIKI GENEALOGY FEED to EDIT FOLLOWED SURNAMES. You can add up to 20.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those situations.

Estimate if you aren't sure about birth or death dates. By doing so you searches will be more productive and helping expand your branches. I'm here because, like many others, I feel it's time I found out a little more about my family history. No doubt there will be some surprises along the way, and a few chance discoveries resulting from others' research. I agree with the aims of this initiative, and will do all I can to ensure that my findings are there for other individuals tracing their lineage.
