I'm contacting you for the annual ANZACS Project membership checkin. We really appreciate your involvement in the Project in the last year. Thank you so much for all your help to improve profiles of ANZACs on WikiTree.
Please could you reply to this profile comment, or send me a private message to let me know if you'd like to stay on in the Project, and if so, what ANZACs activity you're planning to work on over the coming year. There are some ideas for activities on this page - Project:Anzacs. You could also add or update your entry on the 'Project Members and what we are doing' heading on that page.
If you've moved on to other things for the moment, that's absolutely fine. We'd appreciate if you'd let us know so that we can remove you as a member of the Project.
The ANZACs Project is a sub-project of the Military and War Project, which has a channel on Discord. If you're not on Discord yet, here's some information - Help:Discord. It's a great way to communicate with other members of the Project and help each other out.
We're always happy to receive any ideas or suggestions that you have to make our project even better.
Add Catherine Allen as mother (my new profile of Catherine which is (Allen-63646) to your profile of Gladys and then I can probably merge. I think that is what is blocking me from doing a merge. I took off the old Catherine Jessie Allen as Gladys' mother.
Thank you for replying to the ANZAC Project July check in (subproject of Military and War Project), Dave. I marked you as somewhat active and staying with project.
I sent you a check-in message ten days ago about the ANZACS Project July check in (subproject of Military and War Project). Although the message asked you about your continued involvement, I have not yet heard back from you. Do you still want to be in the project? If I do not hear from you by the same time next week, I will assume that you've moved on to other things. You are most welcome to re-join the project at any time by answering the g2g posting.
Best wishes,
Mary~ Project Coordinator, Military and War Project
On behalf of the leader of the Military and War Project, I am doing the six month check-in with Anzac members.. Have you been active in the Anzacs project in the last six months?

Hi I got your email about the underage soldiers, all you have to do is add the relevant country category to their profile.
I presume he served in the British military? You can add this category >
Category: World War I, Great Britain, Active Duty Military Children
Currently there is no category for Ireland, but I can create one so you can put them in both. (Other profiles are categorised this way too, a Mexican child who ended up with the Americans is in both categories)
I have not done much work recently on the project, been very busy but feel free to add information to the freespace page, the categories, or other profiles.
Thanks for the messages regarding the Patchett Family who moved to New Zealand.
I will review the information you sent and get back to you.
Happy to let you edit any of them who may link in to your family.
I have added you to the trusted list for George William and his ancestors and siblings.
I was aware that some of this family had emigrated to New Zealand.
It is possible that Richard Ward the illegitimate son of Catherine may have the same father as those children born after her marriage as both of them grew up in the same village.
