Hi Johanne. I do not know very much about my Costelloes but my Mary Costelloe was born in 1869 and Married Michael Costelloe (born 1871). They had 8 children starting with Bridget or Mary, Maggie, Martin, Sarah, Michael, Julia and Mathias in1909. The only supporting evidence is that 7 year old Mary appears on the 1901 Irish census as the Granddaughter of William and Mary Fitzgerald. I then tracked the marriage of Mary Fitzgerald and Michael Costelloe who did have 8 children one of which was Mary who was the right age for the census.

I do not think they are the same people but you never Know. Thanks for the inquiry, Brian

Excellent thank you Johanne,

You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add any Profiles to WikiTree. If you need any help getting started check out the help section from the menu, top left, or head over to the G2G forum and take a minute to introduce yourself in the Tree House, you might also want to check out the introductory WikiTree video that a member created. Our Mentor Team are a friendly bunch of volunteers who will be glad to help you with specific problems if you have any. Welcome! Gilly

I would like to volunteer. I love doing genealogy research and filling in missing gaps. I have only uploaded a small portion of my family tree on this site, but have much more to add once I am more familiar with it.

I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. Here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process including screenshots that you might find helpful. http://www.geneamusings.com/2013/12/adding-early-seaver-generations-to.htmlThe help pages give lots of information about the process, best to start with 'Before you import a GEDCOM'.
