Greetings from the 1776 Project . . .

We're doing our semi-annual check-in to ask whether you have made contributions to the project in the last six months?

Please note that it is a requirement for membership in the 1776 Project that you respond to this check-in. Please post your response as a reply to this message on your page, for convenience of record keeping.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Betty -- 1776 Project Leader

Betty, I have not made contributions to the project in the last six months; if that means you need to remove me, please go ahead and do so, I understand. Thanks for getting in touch, bye.

Thank you for the response, Bonnie. We understand that every member's available time changes from year to year. If you would like to rejoin the project, please follow the directions at the project page.

Best Regards,

Betty

Hi Bonnie, I just wanted to thank you for all the work you've done to improve the US Civil War Between the States Project. I'm doing a check-in with all project members and wanted to verify that you're still interested in being a member of the project. Also, any suggestions for the Project would be welcome. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

P Kreutzer, US Civil War Between the States Project Leader.

Hello,

I am checking in on behalf of the 1776 Project to announce the new project membership requirements and to verify that you are still interested in being a member of the project. All project members are being asked to join one of the project teams and also to make at least one project contribution every 6 months. We are also asking all project members to join the project's Google Group for project communications.

If you are interested in remaining with the Project, please reply to this comment or send me a message, request to join the Google Group, and let us know what team you would like to participate on.

We really appreciate your contributions on WikiTree, and thank you for all your hard work. If you have any questions, please ask. We would also love to hear any feedback you may have for the project.

If we don't hear back from you we will assume that you no longer wish to participate in the project and if so, you could rejoin at any time as is convenient for you.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Hello

It’s time for a Project check-in!

Scotland Project Leaders check in with you at least once a year to see how you are doing. With the changes happening around the world, we understand that life is hectic right now.

What are you planning to work on for the Scotland Project this year? Are you happy with the team(s) you part of, or would you like to make some changes?

This time round, we’re also looking for feedback on the use of Google Group and Discord. Do you use one or both of these? If you don’t use either of them, what is the best way to ensure you receive Project communications? If you would like to join us on Google Group or Discord, let us know in your response.

We also have our team Chat page posted here.

Hope to see you there!

Hello Bonnie,

My name is Sarah and I’m the Project Coordinator for the Scotland Project. As you may have heard, we have merged the Scottish Clans project into the Scotland Project. I am contacting you today to find out if you are interested in continuing with us under this new format. If you would like to go forward on the Scottish Clans Team, please reply and let me know which clans you have been working on or would like to work on. I look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,

Sarah Mason, Scotland PC

It was (and is) me who benefitted the most from the work the three of you did. You helped a totally monolingual English person to learn and understand some of the "language' of Spanish church documents. It is MY privilege to pass what you have taught me to the WikiTree Community. There will be others (like me) doing genealogy work and research who will benefit from learning these new skills. Be proud of what you have done to help people, you have rightfully earned all the credit and the recognition you will get for what you have done/accomplished.

No luck so far with Sarah Rowel(l)'s parents. I seem to be hitting the same roadblocks as everyone else. Will keep looking.

Hi Bonnie,

I’m working with Eowyn to check-in with everyone holding the Project Coordinator badge to make sure we have the most up-to-date information. As a Project Coordinator badge holder, please can you let me know which project(s) you are currently coordinating and if you have a specific role as coordinator in those projects?

Many thanks,

Susie

Bonnie, I have absolutely no problem with the Spanish project taking over the profile of Montserrat Caballé. Should I put you on the Trusted List for her husband too? That way the Spanish project would have immediate access to the profile as well when he dies.

Thank you Bonnie for the kind words on my member of the Week profile. Yes those Alamo Defenders occupy a big place in my mind. I enjoyed working on creating them.. (If you cannot tell I am a native Texan)..

Thanks again, Mary
