He died in 1752 at Rørholt søndre, Bamble.[1]
A probate was held on 20 March 1753 at Rørholt søndre, Bamble after the deceased Tron Ougesen. His children and grandchildren:

- 2. Jørgen Tronsen, living at østre Tveten,
- 3. Jon Tronsen, deceased and left 5 children:
- a. Thor Jonsen, 20 years old,
- b. Gregers Jonsen, 16 years old,
- c. Tron Jonsen, 8 years old,
- d. Lars Jonsen, 6 years old,
- e. Karen Jonsdatter, 4 years old,
- 4. Halvor Tronsen, of age and living here at the farm,
- 5. Aache Tronsen, of age and living here at the farm,
- 6. Anne Tronsdatter, married to Jon Moe,
- 7. Mette Tronsdatter, minor and at home here at the farm,
- 8. Magrete Tronsdatter, married to Lars Rugtvet.[3]
