A long time resident of the area, Mrs. Jacob Konings, was buried at the Alto Cemetery Monday afternoon following services at Beyers Funeral Home. Services were conducted by Rev. Williams Rosenberg, pastor of the First Reformed Church, where Mrs. Konings was a member of the congregation. She died Saturday morning at Waupun Memorial hospital. The former Ann Arts was born April 6, 1884 in the Netherlands. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Arts. She married Mr. Konings in 1906. He died in 1950. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ralph Beek, Town of Oakfield. Mrs. Konings had made her home with her daughter recently. Mrs. Konings was preceded in death by 10 sisters and one brother.
