Biography

Claus Vegner Johnson was born at Årvik, Tysvær 18 Jul and christened 3 Aug 1845.[1]

In general, Norwegians did not use middle names, but since he was named Vegner after the priest Thomas Wegner, this must be considered to be a middle name rather than a second first name.
