Biography
The son of Michael Abate and Jennie Floro, both of Italy, Mr. Abate died, aged 39, at Jeanes Hospital, Philadelphia; death was attributed to "bronchogenic carcinoma", also contributed by "renal calculus", or kidney stones. Usually residing at 729 Reed St., Phila., He left a widow, Julia Abate, aged 38 years.
Burial was on Jan. 4, 1946, Holy Cross Cem., Yeadon.
