Thomas B. Gifford. Children : i. Chauncey A. ; ii. James W. ; iii. Nellie Alma, b. Nov. 11, 1862, m. Bagg ; two other sons and a daughter who died. B) Amos Vinan Stanchfield, d. ; m. Etta , who lives in Milo, Me. C) 856 Emma Stanchfield, b. July 15, 1842 ; m. Albert Henry Noreross. D) Chauncey Stanchfield, b. June 8, 1844, at Milo, Me. ; d. June 15, 1907, at Anoka, Minn. Married Nov. 16, 1868, at Anoka, Mary Abbee Rogers, b. March 3, 1849, in Hampden, Me., daughter of Eli and Catherine (Heath) Rogers. Mary Abbee Rogei's was named for Mr. Stanchfield's mother, as the mothers were dear friends when they were girls. Child : Edward Chauncey, b. Dec. 11, 1869, at Anoka, d. there Feb. 27, 1907. E) Benjamin Stanchfield, enlisted in the Civil War and was killed at the age of 17. F) Cleora Stanchfield, b. 1841 ; m. and lives with her daughter, Nettie Simons, 4343 Emerson Ave., Minneapolis, Minn. G) Fred B. Stanchfield, b. April 30, 1854 ; d. Dec. 5, 1880 ; was m. H) Frank S. Stanchfield, b. March 17, 1856 ; is a cook in a hotel in Minneapolis ; m. Effie Broadhead, sister of the wife of John O. Stanclifield. Children : i. Oliver, b. Nov. 5, 1880, in Anoka, Minn. ; ii. Maude, b. March 29, 1882, d. March, 1894 ; iiii. Vi'ian, b. June 15, 1885, in Anoka, lives in Milwaukee, Wis. m. Anderson and has two children. H) John O. Sianchfield, m. Nellie Broadhead, sister of his brother Frank's wife. Their daughter m. Ridgeley and lives at 3319 Bryant Ave., North, Minneapolis, Minn.[2]
