Biography
Charles Latimer Abbee was born 03 Mar 1848 in Exeter, Penobscot Co, Maine. He was the son of Warren Abbee and Anna Jones. Charles taught for 40 years in schools in Maine including 14 years as a supervisor in Exeter. On Jun 27, 1882, Charles married Mary Catherine Smith, also a teacher and school supervisor. They had a daughter named Aimee Laura. Charles Latimer Abbee died 02 Feb 1918 in Exeter, and was buried in the Exeter Mills Village Cemetery.
