Elizabeth was born about 1827 in Sedgley, Staffordshire,[1] the daughter of James Eggergton.[2] and Hannah. She was christened on 5 Feb 1826 at Sedgley, Stafford, England.[3]
Elizabeth married Joseph Eggington in the second quarter of 1845 in Dudley.[4][5] They were married on 10th April 1845 at St Thomas, Dudley, Worcestershire, England. Elizabeth was a minor; Joseph was of full age, a bachelor working as an Iron Bundler. Both lived at Shavers End, Dudley. Their father's were James Abbiss, Miner and Joseph Eggerton, Pudler (deceased).[2]
