Philip Abbot is the son of Nathaniel and Miriam (Chandler) Abbot [1]
On February 10, 1791, Philip married Experience Howe, who was born April 1, 1771.
Children of Philip and Experience are:
Susanna Abbot, born June 26, 1793, married June 20, 1815, to Rufus Virgin;
Betsey Abbot, born August 10, 1795, married October 1, 1822, to Joseph Baxter, Jr. of Boston;
Parna Abbot, born April 10, 1797, died April 8, 1801;
David Abbot, born February 5, 1799, died July 1, 1808;
Philip Abbot, Jr., born December 11, 1800, married February 16, 1823 to widow Lucina White of Dixfield, Maine. Lucina was born May 2, 1786 and died June 24, 1841;
Levi Abbot, born November 4, 1802, married February 4, 1825, to Vashti Wheeler;
Sophia Abbot, born April 4, 1805, married Simeon Parlin;
Chandler Abbot, born October 10, 1807, married Charity Durgin;
David Chandler, born November 16, 1809 (This David Chandler was born the year after an older sibling of the same name died.)
