Biography

Elizabeth [1][2] was born in 1712[3][4] in Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay, the fourth of six known children and the only known daughter of John (Jr.) and Elizabeth Harnden Abbott.
On 26 Oct 1732, when she was about twenty years old, she married Asa Foster[5] at Andover.[6] She bore him nine known children, seven sons and two daughters:

  6. Elizabeth (Foster) Lovejoy
  7. Benjamin Foster
  8. Jonathan Foster
  9. Sarah (Foster) Bradley
On 4 July 1758,[7] when she was in her mid-forties, Elizabeth died of unknown causes at an unknown location.[8][9]
