Biography
Oren/Orinn was born in 1798 to Erastus Abbott. [1] and Achsah Richardson in Burlington, Chittenden County, Vermont
(Alternate spellings of the given name include Oren and Orinn.)
He married Rosanna Hay in 1824 in Fairfield County, Ohio.
Oren was Justice of the Peace for 15 years. He ran a store at the Rock Mill and had two distilleries, one on the Peter Hay farm where he married Rosannah.
Rosanna died in 1852.
Oren passed away in 1862, age 63 in Fairfield County, Ohio
They were borh buried at Clearport Cemetery, Clearport, Fairfield County, Ohio
