Ephraim Abbott^[1] was born on May 27, 1740, in Sudbury, MIddlesex, Massachusetts^[2]. He was the son of Samuel and Abigail (Mirick) Abbott. Ephraim married Sarah Curtis on October 12, 1769, in Sudbury^[3]. They had 10 children:
