The location of the birth of this woman is very suspect. Her father was born, lived, and died in New Hampshire, and her mother was born in Massachusetts and lived and died in New Hampshire. It is highly unlikely that she travelled to Connecticut to give birth to this one daughter of hers.
The record of the births of the three children of Rev. Abiel and Elizabeth (Abbott) Abbot are recorded in Coventry. Rev. Abiel Abbot was the minister of the church at Coventry from 1795 to 1811. He was then at Dummer Academy, then in Andover for a time, and then minister of the Congregational church at Peterborough, New Hampshire in 1827 until he retired in 1848. He died at Peterborough.

You can read about the family starting at the bottom of page 7; https://archive.org/details/genealogicalregi00inabbo/page/8/mode/2up

Elizabeth's father Rev. Abiel Abbot (1765-1859) was co-author of the Abbot Genealogical Register and this is the information he gives about his family.
