Biography

Sir Henry Beadon Abdy was born on July 13, 1853 in Paris, France, the 4th son of Sir Thomas Neville Abdy, 1st Baronet of Albyns and Lady Hariot (Alston) Abdy.

He married Anna Adele Coronna on Mar. 22, 1894 at St Helier, Jersey.^[1]

Together they became the parents of Gladys Erica (Abdy) Andersen, William Neville Abdy (1895–1911), who predeceased him, and Robert (1896–1976).

He succeeded to the baronetcy, becoming the 4th Baronet of Albyns, Essex, when his brother Anthony died, leaving only daughters, in May 1921. Sir Henry died December 1st of the same year,^[2] and was succeeded by his only surviving son Robert.
