John Abel was born in Scotland.

John Abel was born 23 April 1883 at 171 Skene St, the son of John Abel and Jessie Sheriffs, and he died just short four months later, in August, at 82 Barclay St in Fetteresso, Kincardineshire. He had infantile diarrhea and anemia for 8 days. He was buried two days later in the same location as his sister Georgina, and others - Nellfield Cemetery in Aberdeen. Another heartbreak for John and Jessie who had lost Georgina at only 2 years old.

Research Notes

FindAGrave shows date of death as 01 Sep but this date is not accurate. The OFFICIAL records show he died on 30 Aug and was buried on 01 Sep. The Nellfield Cemetery record shows his date of death as "unrecorded".
