Anne Abel was baptized 13 July 1808 so I imagine her birth date was close to the baptism date. She was the daughter of Alexander Abel and Margaret Ross. In the 1841 census, Anne was with her parents and sister Agnes at Burnside in Cluny[1]. In the 1851 census she was still at the same location with her parents and siblings Agnes, John and Archibald[2]. Also there was her father's brother, Uncle John Abel.
Anne died single on 19 July 1858 at Burnside of Drumnahoy. She had Dropsy for 6 months. Her brother Archibald was there when she died. Anne was buried in the Churchyard of Cluny.
Notes
Her 1808 baptism is added on to the bottom of the 1814 parish records for Cluny . Also listed there are her brothers Alexander and George.
